How we manufacture BWR at Wood touch? Raw Material, Durable high density farm timber (I.e Poplar & Eucalyptus) Processib of the Raw Material Farm Timber is made into veneers of uniform thickness. Veneers are dried on mechanical driers.

Stress of dried veneers relieved to make it wrap-free and dimensionally stable through tenderization and Tropicalization process.

Veneers are throughly treated with phenol formaldehyde as per IS : 848 Phenol treatd venners are further chemically treated in dipping tanks. Above processing ensures - Resistance to termite, wood boring insects and immunity to organic infections by fungs and micro organisms.

The product is sample tested in the laboratory at every step so as to ensure uncompormised quality. Suitable for : Homes Offices, Industries, Kitchen, Panelling, Bus and Truckbodies and Railway Coaches etc.
